A Super admin is a user who has complete access to all features and functionalities in both Admin and Pitstop portals
Admin user is responsible for business setup (e.g., enrolling into use case, request for data share, etc.) in the Admin portal
Operational user is responsible for handling day-to-day business transactions (e.g., share/receive data) in the Pitstop portal and has no access to Admin portal
Technical user helps with IT set up for the organization (e.g., pitstop step, maintaining API configurations, data retention settings)
