Changes to the role will be allowed after enrollment. In a situation where a Super Admin user requires a change in role, he or she will have to follow the below steps:
- Super admin users can add admin, tech and operations users post successful enrolment into a use case
- After successful addition of new users, the super admin can nominate an admin, tech or operations user as super admin
- The super admin is also allowed to downgrade his / her profile to admin, operations or tech user profiles
Yes, there will be an activity record to track the changes. Super Admin will have access to view admin portal audit logs
