How would access be granted to users in my organisation? Will I have an Admin to set up necessary users? 

Users with an approved account and super admin access on the Admin portal will be able to set up user accounts.

Super admin user and Corp pass user should be the same person.

Only the super admin user must be a Corp pass user. Other users like admin/business, operational and technical, need not be a Corp pass user
